課程概述 |
A systematic approach to planning, scheduling and controlling organizational activities; time lines, budgets and quality criteria.To develop an understanding of the concepts and techniques of managing projects. Topics will include, project selection, role of the project manager, budgeting, scheduling and control, negotiation and conflict resolution, and project management software tools. An emphasis on case analysis and discussion will be used to collectively interpret the material. |

2. Concepts discussed include: Economic Analysis of Projects; Multiple-criteria Evaluation Methods; Organizational Structures and Work Structures; Project Scheduling; Budget Management; Resource Management and Control. |
